Our Background:
With a rich experience of around 30 years in professional football in the Netherlands, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and skills in various leadership roles. My career has enabled me to acquire in-depth insights into personnel recruitment and management, skills that I now apply in the world of employment mediation.

After retirement, I decided to use my expertise to help people looking for better work opportunities in countries like the Netherlands and Germany. It’s my passion to maintain contact with both employers and employees and to find the perfect match for both parties.
